OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Jordan Thomas '92 is an award-winning attorney, writer, speaker, and media commentator. A principal architect of the SEC Whistleblower Program, Jordan established Labaton Sucharow’s whistleblower practice in 2011–the nation’s first exclusively focused on SEC whistleblowers. Both pioneer and recognized leader in the field, Jordan’s clients have secured groundbreaking recoveries and are responsible for many of the SEC’s largest and highest-profile cases. On December 4, he will join us for a public interview conducted by his former mentor and academic advisor, Susan Sgorbati, to discuss his current work and how his experiences at Bennington have shaped his career.
