Shah's Garam Garam Pops Up at Pangaea
Mariam Shah ’14, who runs , a growing food venture devoted to Pakistani cuisine, hosted a February pop up at in Bennington.
Shah has been cooking and selling food in Bennington since 2015. She has hosted four pop- ups in Bennington, three in Brooklyn, and one in Hoosick Falls, NY.
Following her graduation from 51³ÉÈËÁÔÆæ, she began selling food at the and catering small events. Her first pop up in Bennington was held at Pangaea in 2016, to which she returned this February. She later hosted pop ups at and .
In 2019, garam garam will be providing food at the Vermont Art Exchange's at the Masonic Hall.
It's a pop up. It's a meal with friends at Mariam's table. But more than that: it is a huge part of our community.
