Course Description
Summary
This seminar explores the writings of Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) whose work remains at the foundation of much of contemporary western philosophy. The course will focus on The Critique of Pure Reason, a text that reshaped the disciplines of epistemology and metaphysics. We will also look at Kant's writings on morality and aesthetics.Prerequisites
Philosophical Reasoning or permission of the instructor.
