On this ever shrinking planet, the likelihood that one will be a stakeholder in a dispute over natural resources, property development or environmental injury has never been greater. Through experiential learning, this course in environmental dispute resolution is designed to help equip students to effectively engage such conflict. Through readings, written assignments, class exercises, and multi-party conflict resolution role plays, students will experience these processes from the inside out.
